A R - Google, August 2026I used Buffalo Property Inspections recently. This is my experience. I booked a Friday 9:30 appointment (online) for a property that I was interested in. I was advised that the inspection will take around three hours and that I could meet the inspector anytime but it was preferred that I do it at the end of the inspection. At 9:00am, I received a text message informing me that the inspector will be at the property in 30 mins. At 11:30, I received a message from the inspector (Clint) that he would be finished with the inspection in an hour. I met Clint at the property, he is an amazing person. He gave me a verbal account of everything that was wrong with the property. He also emailed me a detailed report as well. This inspection saved me from making a bad investment. I am still searching for a property and will be using Buffalo. I highly recommend.
